At MyPlace it is really important to us that we know what our clients are thinking and saying about us in the Property Management space. The only real way to find out is to ask. Are there areas we can improve? What do we do well? Most importantly would you recommend us to your friends and family?
It is with great pleasure that we have just closed off our most recent survey and I cannot tell you how proud it makes John and I to know that not only are our team fully engaged, well trained and happy they also meet our client's expectations and in most cases surpass them.
Our NPS survey - Nett Promoter Survey has come back with our best score ever with a massive percentage of our portfolio giving us a maximum score of 10. As an industry, our score far exceeds the benchmark. This is truly outstanding and it takes the right team of people to pull this off. The score starts at -100 through to 100. Our landlord's score was 88 (so that is 188 possible points out of 200).
Since we opened our doors in 2003 we have seen so many things change both in business and property. It is a truly dynamic industry to work in and continually improving on our service delivery and products are both the challenge and the reward.
