services in NSW.

tools. Staff must use de identified placeholders and review all outputs before use.

- Open home attendance records are generally retained for 12 months unless a longer period applies.
- Unsuccessful tenancy applicant information is kept only as long as reasonably required and is then securely deleted or de identified, unless we are required to retain it by law or to manage a dispute.
- Where we no longer need personal information and we are not required to keep it, we take reasonable steps to destroy it or de identify it.

If we become aware of a suspected or actual data breach, we will take steps to contain and
investigate the issue. Where required, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC in accordance
with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
