This kept our 100% clearance rate intact for 2015 so far. MyPlace Estate Agents John Higgins and David Mitford successfully sold 1412 Botany Road in Botany on Wednesday 20th May for $1,250,000. James Hurley, from Under the Hammer Auctioneers had two successful calls that night with MyPlace Estate Agents Andrew Cassar also selling 71 Alfred Street, Mascot for $1,061,000. It was standing room only throughout the auctions – no surprise considering MyPlace Estate Agents has achieved a 100% auction clearance rate this year – well above the current average rate.
