We’ve had a fantastic month this July, selling eight properties! We’re particularly proud to say that two of these sales had been on the market with other agents for over three months with no sign of genuine a buyer. We rebranded these homes and ran a targeted marketing campaign which included our database of finance ready buyers. We sold both homes within a month of listing them!
Our excellent buyers’ database also enabled us to sell another two properties from our database alone – saving time and marketing fees for our clients. Don’t let anyone ever tell you that winter is not a good time to sell. Currently, there is 13% less stock on the market than this time last year, so if you are thinking of selling don’t wait for spring when there will be a lot more competition.
We have listed six new properties in the last few weeks and we look forward to presenting them to the market later this month.
