As you are aware the 8 Billion Dollar Green Square project is well and truly underway. We have been taking some photos along the journey because the reality is that once completed it will be quite amazing to look back at the progress of this massive development.
They are expecting some 50,000 + new residents to move into the mini city. Mirvac’s OVO 28 storey, 224-apartment development sold 90% on their launch date earlier this year. We also experienced a successful campaign at Immerse 1-9 William Street Alexandria with 80% sold on our launch day.
