Welcome to Day Two.
So you have now joyfully awoken from a deliciously long luxurious sleep . . . or perhaps you tossed and turned all night mullling over potential outcomes, problems and fears. Either way today is a new day and today we begin to create rituals and routines that will support you to begin living the life we want for ourselves. A framework up on which to build and review daily allowing you to see the results of your hard work.
Today we focus on entraining the day to work for you. Lockdown and isolation can force us to narrow our focus and see what is NOT possible. My challenge to you this week to constantly ask yourself what IS possible. Every time you begin to have a negative thought try challenging it and then flip it. I’ll show you how in todays session with our thought challenge worksheet.
